We are the sole owners of the information collected through this App. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via registration, login, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

#### A. Authentication (Azure Entra ID)
To use Delphis, you are required to sign up or log in using **Azure Entra ID (External Identities)**. During this process, we collect:
* **Personal Identifiers:** Such as your email address and name.
* **Authentication Tokens:** Used to maintain your secure session.
This data is used strictly for account management, security, and to personalize your experience.

#### B. Analytics and Monitoring (PostHog & Microsoft Clarity)
We use third-party tools to understand app performance and user behavior:
* **PostHog:** Used for feature management (e.g., version updates) and event tracking (e.g., buttons clicked).
* **Microsoft Clarity:** Used to capture how you interact with the App through session recordings and heatmaps. This helps us identify UI bugs and improve usability.
* These tools may collect technical data such as device type, OS version, and interaction patterns.

#### C. Stream Content (Pass-Through)
**We do not record, store, or have access to your live stream data.** Delphis acts as a technical pass-through utility, transmitting data directly from your device to your selected third-party streaming platforms.

### 3. Third-Party Services
Delphis integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., YouTube, Twitch). 
* When you stream to these platforms, their respective Privacy Policies apply.
* **YouTube Users:** By using this App, you agree to be bound by the [Google Privacy Policy](http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

### 4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal information (name/email) as long as your account is active. 
* **Right to Delete:** You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
* **Deletion Process:** To delete your account, please send an email to **vikas32567@gmail.com** from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

### 5. App Permissions
To provide streaming services, the App requires:
* **Screen Recording & Microphone:** To capture the content you wish to stream.
* **Network Access:** To transmit data to streaming servers.
* **Background Service:** To prevent stream interruption when the App is minimized.

### 6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law (in jurisdictions including India, the USA, and the EU) and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding.
